Some women concerned about what to wear to make their body look slimmer. They prefer rather than undergoing a surgery. Nothing bad about surgery to look slim like the weight loss surgery Mexico as long as their body can handle such kind of surgery. I think people in this situation needs more courage and think many times before they decided to go through. I heard lots of successful surgeries and also there are unsuccessful too.
You can dare to bare without fear donning a halter. Many clothes cuts slims down you arms and shows off a sexy collarbone.
Fight the temptation to drown your figure in loose frocks. Instead, wear body-skimming clothes which give you a more flattering shape.
Go monochromatic. Wearing shades of one color makes your body look longer and leaner.
Size your accessories according to your body frame. Petites should go for tiny baubles while fuller figures should slip on bigger extras.
Fake a model-worthy stance by slipping into a pair of high heels that will stretch your silhouette and make you look less frumpy.
Lastly, feel sexy! Nothing beats being comfortable in your own skin.

If you have a healthy eating plan and some exercise it might help but to others, not that much. Some made an effort to maintain a healthy diet and they exercised regularly but still they can get rid of their muffin top. Does appetite suppressants really helps? What about the thing they called FatZap treatment? They said it’s non-invasive, effective and painless. Well, for me, zapping sounds scary.

One big worry of women when they age 30 is wrinkles. Of course every women will find the best wrinkle cream to apply for.
Everyday your skin faces potential damage from the environment. This is particularly true of your skin especially our face because it’s always exposed to harmful elements such as the sun’s rays, smoke, and pollution. This can damage our skin cells, leading to dry, dull, and lifeless-looking skin. Using all natural products is proven to be powerful antioxidants.

The impacts of beauty products in the market are tremendously increasing. Most of the women are concern about their beauty. Even pregnant women are concern what kind of beauty products they will use because some products in the market are harmful for the babies. While I was browsing on the net, I found out that there are products that are safe. For expecting moms this is the best product for you because it is safe to use. They have only four products in the market: stretch mark cream, nipple gel, face and body cream and facial scrub. The stretch mark cream is ideal to use on the first trimester of pregnancy so that moms will not end up worrying about their stretch mark. The facial scrub is for removing of dead skin cells which ideally use for three times a week. Excessive use of that could cause of dryness of the skin. The face and body cream is to moisturize the skin so that moms will still young and beautiful. Finally, the nipple gels are used of nursing moms because there are tendencies that nipples could be dry and sore. This is a great gift idea for pregnant wife, friend, etc.

Skin care that invigorates, rejuvenates and condition the skins are the most in demand nowadays. Stay aside those steak knives okay?
As for me, I prefer to use completely natural products. Even in looking for acne treatment cream I’ll make sure it is made up of natural ingredients. I’m just scared to use those products with harsh chemical that might harm my skin. Of course, we need to be careful before your face turns out awful.

Pimples are not just a problem for teenagers. If you’re tired of fighting spots at your age, you’re not alone. “Locally and globally, the number of women suffering from hormonal or adult acne is growing,” says Dr JoAnn See, dermatologist and co-chair of the expert advice group All About Acne (www.acne.org.au). Hormonal breakouts may look similar to teenage pimples, but are often deeper, “blind”, tender or sore. They also last longer and frequently re-occur premenstrually in the same areas: the lower face, neck and jawline.

Hormones
“Raise levels of male hormones, like testosterone (normally low in females), stimulate oil production in the skin leading to dilated pores, oily skin, excessive body or facial hair and acne,” explains Dr. See. A monthly outbreak of hormonal acne can also be the result of a temporary premenstrual all in the estrogen levels and a burst in progesterone.

Stress and Lifestyles
Studies indicate that women working in competitive environments may overproduce male hormones, leading to acne outbreaks. Another theory is linked to women having children later in life. Many women juggle jobs, family, financial commitments and many other stresses that make adrenal glands produce more cortisol hormones, which can set off acne.

Clogged Pores
Some skincare and make-up products, such as those containing E and oil-based sorbolene creams, are “comedogenic” – a term that means they can block your pores and cause breakouts.

Poor Diet
Never fear – you don’t need to give up chocolate, but studies have shown that there may be links between developing adult acne and certain lifestyle diseases (such as metabolic syndrome and Type 2 diabetes), as well as being overweight. A nutritionist suggests limiting refined carbohydrates (like rice, pasta, flour and refined sugars) and trans-fatty acids (such as processed snack foods, margarine and baked goods). Instead, increase your intake of food high in zinc (like beef, ginger, oysters and milk); essential fatty acids (fish, avocado, raw and unsalted nuts and seeds) and complex carbohydrates (such as legumes, wholegrain and non-starchy vegetables) to help lower serum levels

It’s been a while since I didn’t bother to take a nap in the afternoon and that is due to the busyness in blogging. The addiction really stops me. When I was in the Philippines, I used to take a nap since I am not addicted yet but now that I’m in the new country ha ha napping has been set aside.
It’s just this afternoon that I really want to take a nap as in while I’m setting in front of my desk I felt so sleepy even if I am just dropping entrecards. So what I did? I set my alarm clock for 30 minutes because I still need to pick up the kids at school by 3:30 PM.
That was a very nice nap I ever did here. I felt fresh and recharge. I didn’t notice that while I’m sleeping it’s also raining outside. It stop just right in time because I need to go. Whew! It’s cold.

Read this…

Sleep is comforting. Naps are rejuvenating. Twice a day, Thomas Alva Edison would sit peacefully in a chair with a solid iron ball in each hand. As he moved from light sleep to deep slumber, the balls would drop and wake him up.
Like many other things in his life and his work, he got art of napping right to the final zzz. The most restful nap with the least amount of sleep hangovers is between 20 and 30 minutes. A short afternoon nap of this duration takes a little time from your busy daily schedule and provides you with the bonus of being fresh and invigorated for the rest of the evening.
In contrast, long naps of more than an hour allow you to slip into the deep stage of sleep that should ideally be reserved only for nightmare. Not only do you wake up groggy, but you also upset your night sleeping schedule.
Most urbanites in the efficient Western world would deny they ever take a nap on a weekday, for fear of being branded lazy. But napping is not laziness. It is like meditation – taking time out from the brutalities of the world to come back to it stronger and sharper. Or as someone once remarked: ‘It is wanting a “time out” from the exigencies of daily life – not permanently, not deeply, but for 15 minutes.’
Evolutionary psychologists believe humans are biphasic creatures. The monophasic pattern of all sleep in a single consolidated stretch at night goes against evidence that most people experience an afternoon slump for a few hours after lunch.
Some people blame this is on a heavy afternoon lunch, which does indeed make us feel sleepier, but lunch does not the only culprit. Siesta is ingrained deep within our genes.
Twelve hours after the point of deepest sleep at night we reach an energy trough in which our metabolism and mental abilities slow down automatically, regardless of the time of the day.
In other words. we aren’t even designed for am eight-hours working day! In fact, some people believe humans are not even biphasic, but multiphasic. Most animals catnap around the clock. And one of the best tricks to beat fatigue is to take 15-to 20-minute catnaps whenever you felt tired or have over exerted yourself.
Napping is most beneficial for those who don’t get enough sleep at night. A pattern of insomniac nights can have serious repercussions on both your mind and body. We don’t need medical research to know lost sleep makes as weary, distracted and irritable the next day. Lost sleep also have severe repercussions on immunity levels and metabolic activity.
Scientists at the University of Chicago found that sleep deprivation triggered a diabetes-like condition, diminished hormone production and interfered with the assimilation of carbohydrates which lead to severe fatigue.
Napping benefits the average office worker by improving alertness and memory, and therefore decision-making and productivity. Imagine a scenario in which employees are allowed 20 minuted after lunch to doze in a nap room. Compare this with the struggle most workers go through after the midday meal to stay awake, downing cups of coffee to kickstart their exhausted adrenal glands, no longer for the productivity buzz as in the morning but simply not to pass out.
Will napping on the job lead to lost productivity? I think not. There is point in being awake, fighting sleep for hours and working like a zombie, when all you need is 20-minutes escape to rejuvenate your energy levels.
But if you sell your time to an employer, there is enormous pressure on you to be there for the time you are paid, regardless of your actual output. There is no innate physical negative in catnapping, only a strong cultural one.
In any case, if your energy level and alertness hit rock bottom of coffee can make you 100 per cent. Do not ignore your sensitive biorhythms. If you’re sleepy, go to sleep. It’s not the hours but the quality of your sleep that determines how refreshed you are the next morning.
Napping is an important key to becoming an efficient sleeper and therefore an efficient worker and human being.

Body scrubbing is my weekly routine. I don’t go to spa and get the service for me. I do it myself because it costs less. I always make sure I won’t forget to do the thing. I will just ask one of the members of my family to do the scrubbing on my back if I find it hard to reach it. It helps lighten our skin. It vanishes dead skin cells and dark spots, fresh scars and many more plus it gives us rejuvenating feeling knowing that our body is well cleaned and fresh. I invest not so expensive brands of body scrubs. There are lots of varieties when we talk about body scrubs products. What I always use is papaya flavour and avocado. Soften and whiten the skin. Body shop and skin food boutique have is my favourite store of scrubbing products including bath gels and also Watsons for daily used scrubs. We can also buy scrubs and bath gel in one, less effort to do. Try to do the habit my friends and readers. Take care of your skin and say goodbye to skin blemishes. You can also make your own body scrub ingredients: let me give you some…
What you’ll need:
Lavender aroma oil, Iodized salt, 1tbsp.Honey, fresh yoghurt or milk, young coconut milk, grated and shopped.
Directions: Mix the lavender oil, the iodized salt, and honey all together. Apply the body scrub over entire body to exfoliate the skin. Use body gloves for better result. Rinse, the apply the yoghurt or fresh milk over the entire body. If you have a tub, soak in warm water with yoghurt or milk. You can add the grated coconut for an extra moisture boost.
