In the past I used to wear clothes that were like tents to try and hide my body. All they did was make me look even bigger than I was! Properly fitting clothes make you look a lot better and worn with confidence can really change you! With regards to surgery, I think each case must be taken on it's merits. For some the psychological effects of weight and excess skin can really be ruining someones life. For others surgery is taken too lightly and a change of clothes and a change in diet may be all that is needed! This is sooo true.
